Provided is a carbon dioxide partial pressure measurement apparatus capable of precisely measuring the partial pressure of carbon dioxide even when placed in an environment where an ambient water pressure is high, such as a deep sea. In a body unit (33) to which a light source unit (27) and a photodetector unit (29) are connected, a through-hole (33c) penetrating the body unit (33) is formed. A signal line (31) for electrically connecting an amplifier board (71) of the photodetector unit (29) and a CPU board (63) of the light source unit (27) to transmit a detection result amplified by the amplifier board (71) is disposed so as to pass through the through-hole (33c) formed in the body unit (33).
