<p>An on-vehicle device and vehicle binding method comprises the steps of: setting a wireless communication module (2) outside of an OBU for acquiring and sending unique information about a vehicle, the module (2) being separated from an on-vehicle device (1); and the on-vehicle device (1) communicating with the wireless communication module (2), when it is needed to bind the two, the on-vehicle device (1) obtaining the unique information about the vehicle from the wireless communication module (2), and comparing whether it is consistent with the stored unique information about the vehicle, if yes, allowing to transact, and if not, stopping transacting. Also disclosed is an on-vehicle device and vehicle binding system. The system and method can realize the binding function of both an on-vehicle device and a vehicle, and can also enable the on-vehicle device to be dismountable.</p> |
