An intrusion-detecting and security system on an external wall surface of a container, according to the present invention, comprises: a detection portion which is adhered to the container for detecting whether a door is open or closed or damage to external walls according to a change in resistance of the container; and a wind power generation portion, which is coupled to the container, for converting kinetic energy of the wind into electric energy, and delivering the converted electric energy to the detection portion, thereby allowing detection of whether the door of the container is open or closed and damage to the external walls, and allowing semi-permanent use by supplying power for detection action with wind power generation.
