The present invention relates to an internet protocol private branch exchange system which includes an internet protocol private branch exchange connected with multiple terminals, and an auxiliary server operated by being coupled with the internet protocol private branch exchange. The internet protocol private branch exchange includes an authentication part for the registration of the multiple terminals. The auxiliary server includes: a storage part; a virtual terminal generation part for generating virtual terminals which are coupled with the multiple terminals; and a virtual terminal part which stores information about the generated virtual terminals and contains the generated virtual terminals.
