PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling transmission control device which enables smooth traveling by backward switching without causing a traveling shock even by the backward operation of a switching lever during the traveling of a working vehicle.SOLUTION: The traveling transmission device of the working vehicle comprises multi-plate type clutches C1, C2 at two systems of a forward-rotation traveling transmission system and a reverse-rotation traveling transmission system, selects one of them according to the start operation of forward/rearward switching lever 43, and performs boosting control by a start boosting characteristic P0 for boosting pressure from neutral pressure up to transmission pressure for a prescribed start connecting time T0, has a backward boosting characteristic P1 for boosting pressure up to the transmission pressure for a backward connecting time T1 longer than the start connecting time T0, and can efficiently perform a repeat or the like of forward/rearward traveling at a prescribed vehicle speed at farmland leveling or the like by boosting and controlling the selection-side clutches C1, C2 by the backward boosting characteristic P1 as far as the operation of the forward/rearward switching lever 43 is in a direction reverse to the traveling direction of the traveling working vehicle. |
