PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system by an electronic medicine pocketbook that is helpful for enhancement of a health maintenance by virtue of dosage history information on drugs by a prescription or drugs on the market, a degree of a dose effect or efficacy of drugs, record information on a side effect and an avoidance record, and statistical information relating to a disease name through a year or season and the like of a recipient of a drug.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a health management system by an electronic medicine pocketbook that uses a management server managing statistical information relating to a dosage history of drugs by a prescription or drugs put on the market, a degree of a dose effect, record information on a side effect and an avoidance record among terminal devices of a plurality of medical institutions and pharmacies, a terminal device including a portable terminal on a patient side and the management server for managing information. In the health management system by the electronic medicine pocketbook, a drug effect-degree selection column indicative of a purchase of drugs based on the prescription of the medical institution or drug efficacy to a disease of a recipient of the drug itself upon dosing a drug put on the market, and a selection column indicative of a degree of a side effect of the drug are provided on a screen display column of the terminal device including the portable terminal. |
