Disclosed is a method for producing ultra-clean wiping cloth. The method comprises the following steps: A. selecting filaments; B. weaving; C. removing low polymers and dust particles through a rinsing process; D. dehydrating; E. forming; F. cutting; G. cleaning; H. drying; and I. packaging, wherein Step C is a key link, the rinsing process adopts an airflow rinsing machine to rinse gray fabrics, and the airflow rinsing machine can prevent the problems of reverse contamination and damages to the fabrics during cleaning, thereby ensuring high cleanliness of the gray fabrics. An oil removing auxiliary with a specific formula is added into the airflow rinsing machine in clean environments under specific temperature conditions, so that an ideal effect of removing low polymers and dust is achieved, and the wiping cloth finished product has stable quality and has real ultra-clean wiping capability. The rinsing process is convenient to operate and has high processing and production efficiency. Therefore, the product quality stability and high cleanliness are ensured, and the ultra-clean wiping cloth with high cleanliness, stable quality, and convenient and efficient production processes is truly realized. |
