Provided are a method, a device and a wireless communication system for dual-network backup. The method comprises: a relationship for a one-to-one correspondence between a primary cell and a spare cell is established, the primary cell and the spare cell both have the same coverage areas, and the primary cell is controlled by a primary base station which is managed by a primary base station controller, and the spare cell is controlled by a spare base station which is managed by a spare base station controller (S21); according to whether the current network is the primary network or the spare network, the corresponding carrier frequency of the primary cell or that of the spare cell is used alternatively for work (S22); the available state of the network is queried, and the switching between the primary network and the spare network is performed if the available state of the network meets the appointed conditions (S23). The reliability of the mobile network, in which one cell is a unit, is more sufficiently guaranteed by the above-mentioned technique solution, which binds the primary cell and the spare cell and configures the corresponding carrier frequency to work according to the state of the primary or spare network, then switches between the primary network and the spare network according to the available state of the network. |
