<p>This laminate comprises a transparent base and a silicon oxide layer that is laminated on the transparent base and is mainly composed of silicon oxide. The silicon oxide layer contains at least one element that is selected from among aluminum, zirconium and titanium. With respect to the silicon oxide layer, the geometric thickness x1 (nm) of the silicon oxide layer and the ratio y1 (mass%) of the total amount of aluminum, zirconium and titanium contained in the silicon oxide layer relative to the total amount of silicon, aluminum, zirconium and titanium contained in the silicon oxide layer satisfy y1≥0.025x1 - 1.25. The geometric thickness of the silicon oxide layer is 80 nm or more.</p> |
