A method, a device, and a system for transmitting channel information. The method is applied to a user equipment (UE) provided with discontinuous reception (DRX), and comprises: transmitting channel information according to a transmission indication configured by a network side and based on a preset transmission resource, wherein the transmission indication is used for indicating that the UE can transmit the channel information in a non-activation time or a non-continuous time of the DRX. By means of the embodiment, the UE can transmit the channel information in a non-activation time or a non-continuous time according to the transmission indication configured by the network side, so that the channel information obtained by the network side can better reflect the channel quality in a next activation time, and can optimize a scheduling policy of data transmission in an activation time to be started, thereby increasing the throughput of the UE and the transmission quality.
