<p>Disclosed is a high-performance radio frequency (RF) channel of a TDD LTE tower mounted amplifier (TMA), comprising a transmitting channel, a receiving channel, and a high-speed switch assembly; the transmitting channel transmits a downlink RF signal; the receiving channel transmits an uplink RF signal; the high-speed switch assembly realizes the switching and isolation of the transmitting channel and the receiving channel; the high-speed switch assembly comprises at least three high-speed switches of SPST1 to SPST3; the transmitting channel comprises twoλ/4 microstrip lines and an ANT filter; the receiving channel comprises an ANT filter, a low noise amplifier (LNA) and an RX channel filter, and further comprises a bypass channel; the bypass channel comprises twoλ/4 microstrip lines and an ANT filter. The present invention can withstand high power, and has low insertion loss and low noise, thus ensuring uninterrupted communication of a base station at minimal insertion loss in case of power outage and amplifier failure.</p> |
