PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel seawater desalination apparatus more efficient and easier to handle.SOLUTION: The provided seawater desalination apparatus includes: a marine shed possessing seawater inlet and outlet ports through which seawater enters and exists; an air evacuating device for evacuating air within the marine shed; a buoy suspended afloat in the seawater within the marine shed; a heat generator suspended from the buoy for providing steam by inducing the evaporation of the seawater within the marine shed; and a fresh water retrieval port for retrieving, out of the marine shed, liquid fresh water obtained from the steam. |
