A method, device and system for restoring connection failure. Said method includes: when a terminal equipment fails in the connection re-establishing process, said terminal equipment can select cell at least once. After each selection of a cell, said terminal equipment performs sequential process for re-establishing in the selected cell. The embodiments of the present invention make the terminal equipment have more chance to perform re-establishing process, keep existing connection, avoid breaking away from connection state, and reduce the impact to terminal service quality and user feeling quality. |
