BUSBAR TYPE POWER MODULE SUPPORT

Provided is a busbar type power module support. The busbar type power module support comprises a first support arm (2) and a second support arm (3), wherein the first support arm (2) comprises a first metal plate (21) and a first leg (22), and the second support arm (3) comprises a second metal plate (31) and a second leg (32). The location of the first leg (22) corresponding to the first support arm (2) and the location of the second leg (32) corresponding to the second support arm (3) are mutually staggered; the first metal plate (21) is provided with a hole for a power module on the second support arm (3)to protrude out, and the second metal plate (31) is provided with a hole for the first leg (22) to protrude out; and an insulation material is filled between the first metal plate (21) and the second metal plate (31). Both the first leg (22) and the second leg (32) are plate-shaped legs, and the tail ends thereof are in L shapes. The matched first support arm (2) and second support arm (3) realize electrical connection of the power modules using a structure similar to a busbar. The parasitic inductance of the power module is reduced to a maximum extent using the capacitive characteristic of a busbar; the service life of the power module is prolonged, and the performance of the power module in use is improved; only metal materials are needed for manufacturing, and the technology is relatively simple.
