PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safekeeping key management system for a safe-deposit box in which, in a pair of keys for unlocking/locking a safe-deposit box at a financial institution or the like, a safekeeping key which is preserved and managed by the financial institution or the like can be easily managed and a management state of the safekeeping key can be confirmed in a short time and easily.SOLUTION: A safekeeping key management system for a safe-deposit box comprises: a safekeeping key storage box 5 capable of storing therein a plurality of safekeeping key storage envelopes 3 with which an IC chip recording RFID data therein is formed; an opening 6 of a key management device body through which a tray 7 with the safekeeping key storage box 5 placed thereon is inserted; an RFID reader 15 formed on an inner wall surface of the opening; memory means for storing reference RFID data about the safekeeping key storage envelopes; and a control unit 10 for confirming a management state of safekeeping keys on the basis of the RFID data and the reference RFID data about the safekeeping key storage envelopes read by the RFID data reader. |
