PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector capable of recognizing a relative arrangement relation of itself and other projectors.SOLUTION: A projector 100 is a projector for projecting an image. The projector 100 comprises: a plurality of terminals TM1, TM2, TM3, and TM4 for connecting other projectors; a connection detection part (a controlling part 20, a first communication part 41, and a second communication part 42, a third communication part 43, and a fourth communication part 44) for detecting whether or not another projector is connected to each of the plurality of terminals; and an arrangement information generation part (a controlling part 20) configured to determine relative arrangement relation with another projector according to a location of a terminal at which a connection of another projector is detected by the connection detection part in the plurality of terminals, and generating arrangement information representing the arrangement relation. |
