<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor polyimide resin belt, especially an intermediate transfer belt comprising the semiconductor polyimide resin belt, which has both excellent electrical characteristics such that precise transfer can be realized in a color image formation device and a high quality transfer image can be obtained stably for a long time; and excellent physical characteristics such that deterioration of flatness by changing plasticity due to load exerted in width direction of the belt is hardly caused, the belt has excellent durability and can be used stably even when run for a long time.SOLUTION: Provided is a semiconductive polyimide resin belt comprising carbon black and a polyimide resin, wherein the polyimide resin is obtained by imidization of terphenyl-3,3',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid anhydride and aromatic diamines, and relative to all of the aromatic diamines, the polyimide resin contains aromatic diamines having 3 and/or 4 aromatic rings and an amount of 50 mol% or more.</p> |
