The extraction candidate area determination unit 53 determines whether a feature amount in a captured image selected by the captured image selection unit 51 is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value. The extraction area determination unit 54 determines an extraction area of an image to be combined by the image composition unit 55 on the basis of the determination result of the extraction candidate area determination unit 53.
