<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure compositional or fine structural uniformity of a ceramic sintered body while increasing an area of the ceramic sintered body, and enhance a basic performance including non-linearity, energy resistance and a charge life.SOLUTION: A plurality of varistor small pieces 11 and an insulating resin are kneaded and the kneaded object is extrusion-molded, and thereby a sheet-like varistor layer 13 is formed in which the plurality of varistor small pieces 11 are arranged on the same plane so as to be separated from each other, and the adjacent varistor small pieces 11 are jointed to each other through a joint 12 formed of the insulating resin.</p> |
