<p>Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a data transmitting method, receiving method and device, the transmitting method comprising: a transmitting terminal device transmits a data frame to a receiving terminal device, the data frame containing at least voice information; the transmitting terminal device receives the first confirmation information transmitted by the receiving terminal device, the first confirmation information being used to indicate that the receiving terminal device has successfully decoded the voice information; and the transmitting terminal device, according to the first confirmation information, stops transmitting only voice information in the data frame, and continues to transmit information other than voice information in the data frame. The technical solution of the present invention solves the potential problem of false DCCH decoding due to the use of an FET when a DTCH and a DCCT coexist.</p> |
