An electronic component, a power amplifier, a transceiver, and a wireless base station. The electronic component comprises a body (103) and at least one pin (101, 102). The body is used for implementing functions of the electronic component, and the pin is used for welding the body and a printed circuit board. The at least one pin is distributed on side edges of the body, and at least one protruding structure is provided on the surface of the pin. By using the electronic component, the height of a welding seam is increased, and relative displacement of welding spots caused by temperature change is reduced, so that the reliability of the welding spots is improved and the service life of the component is prolonged.
