Disclosed are an antislip automobile floor mat with an antimicrobial function and a fabrication method thereof. The antislip automobile floor mat comprises a carpet body (1) and an antislip layer (3). The carpet body (1) comprises carpet fiber (1.1) and base cloth (1.2). The antislip layer (3) is fixed with a bottom surface of the carpet body (1) through an expanded polystyrene layer (2). A bottom of the antislip layer (3) is a plastic filament cluster with a bottom in a hedgehog shape, and the plastic filament cluster is arranged in an even honeycomb shape along the bottom surface of the carpet body (1). The antislip automobile floor mat with the antimicrobial function is low in cost and environment-friendly, has a good antimicrobial function effect and a good antislip effect, and can ensure normal and safe operation of an automobile.
