The first and second supply oil pressure regulating sections enable first and second oil passages and interior of transmission unit to communicate respectively, if there is no regulation of supply of oil pressure for generating contact pressure at clutch of odd and even gear stage sides (10,20). The first and second activation control sections control first and second oil pressure regulating portions respectively, if oil pressure is less than atmospheric pressure during generation of contact pressure at clutches of odd and even gear stage sides.
