<p>The power plant has a generator (16) for a turbine wheel for air operations and water operations on a shaft. A water basin (1) is provided with a dual-chamber cylinder (21) for air-water direct operation in an air-to-air storage mode and a direct mode with a storage support. Water is flown from the water basin and into a water tub (3) by an inlet pipe (2) through an opened slider (25). The air in a chamber is compressed in a downward direction and pumped into a pressurized air tank (14).</p>
