The noise preventing panel (1) has one or multiple noise preventing elements (8), which have a profile, where a vertical cross section of the profile has vertical base. The noise preventing elements are arranged over each other. The noise protection element is connected by an elastic connecting elements on a connecting structure (2). A distance element is made from a hard material and formed between the noise preventing element and the elastic connecting element.
