<p>There has been the problem that when using a dimension ID defined by means of an HEVC extension, a method for deriving a view ID and depth flag necessary for 3D scalability has not been clear. Also, in a dependent layer, the view ID and depth flag are not limited, so there have been cases in which decoder memory has become large. By means of determining an index for the dimension ID corresponding to the depth flag and view ID on the basis of a scalable mask, the view ID and depth flag are derived from the dimension ID. The decoder memory size is decreased by limiting the view ID or dimension ID of a dependent layer.</p> |
