PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition for forming a lens sheet support film and/or a lens sheet, which gives a cured product having excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability and a low coefficient of photoelasticity.SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable composition for forming a lens sheet support film and/or a lens sheet comprises (A) a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group and gives a cured product satisfying the following three requirements. That is, the cured product has a glass transition temperature of 80°C or higher; a coefficient of photoelasticity ranging from -15×10Pato 15×10Pa; and a dimensional change of 1% or less at the time of heat treatment for 1 hour at 120°C.
