The purpose of this DC-DC converter is to reduce noise by which circuit configuration components are affected each other. The DC-DC converter is provided with: a high voltage-side circuit section electrically connected to a transformer; a low voltage-side circuit section electrically connected to the transformer; a housing that houses the high voltage-side circuit section and the low voltage-side circuit section; a control circuit board that controls drive of the low voltage-side circuit section; and a frame that supports the control circuit board. The frame is disposed at a position facing the bottom surface of the housing with the low voltage-side circuit section therebetween, the housing has a first wall that separates from each other a first space for housing the high voltage-side circuit section, and a second space for housing circuit components that constitute the low voltage-side circuit section, and the frame forms a second wall that protrudes in the direction to be close to an leading end of the first wall. |
