This cell analysis system is provided with an image acquisition unit, an oscillation information extraction unit, and an oscillation characteristic calculation unit. The image acquisition unit acquires cell images of cells photographed over time. The oscillation information extraction unit extracts information on oscillations caused by the spontaneous membrane potential oscillations of the cells from the cell images. The oscillation characteristic calculation unit calculates oscillation characteristics of oscillation information from the oscillation information.
