Disclosed is a cantilevered automatic welding machine for a dumper truck box panel. The welding machine comprises a movement mechanism and a forming and welding mechanism, wherein the movement mechanism can drive the movement of the forming and welding mechanism. The forming and welding mechanism comprises an outer housing (37), a cavity (79) provided in the outer housing (37), and an inner housing (48) installed in the cavity (79), with the inner housing (48) able to move relative to the outer housing (37), wherein an inner housing rotating device is installed on the outer housing (37), and an actuation part of the inner housing rotating device is connected to the inner housing (48) and provides rotational motive power to the inner housing (48); an inner cavity (80) is provided in the inner housing (48), a first probe (81), a second probe (82) and a third probe (83) are fixedly installed in the inner cavity (80), and the first probe (81), the second probe (82) and the third probe (83) are not collinear; a universal joint is installed on the inner housing (48), the universal joint is located below the first probe (81), a swing rod (66) is mounted on an oscillating part of the universal joint, an eccentric part (63) is mounted on a lower part of the oscillating part or the swing rod (66) of the universal joint, and the eccentric part (63) is located below the inner housing (48); and a portion of the eccentric part (63) contacting a workpiece is known as a contact part (62), the contact part central axis L of the contact part (62) being offset by a distance H from the swing rod central axis L of the swing rod (66). |
