PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformation correction device for a ring-shaped workpiece capable of effectively correcting the deformation caused by heat treatment of a ring-shaped workpiece such as a bearing ring at high precision.SOLUTION: The device comprises: a pressure roller 11 contacted with the outer circumferential face 14a of a ring-shaped workpiece 14 mounted on a mounting stand 15 and applying pressing force F1 to the ring-shaped workpiece 14; a pair of driving rollers 12a, 12b respectively arranged in line symmetry to a vertical line X elongating along the pressing direction of the pressing roller 11 and contacted with the outer circumferential face 14a of the ring-shaped workpiece 14; an a correction assistant roller 13 arranged between a pair of the driving rollers 12a, 12b on the side of being confronted with the pressure roller 11 via the ring-shaped workpiece 14. The correction angle α formed by line segments L1, L2 respectively connecting a contact point P1 between the pressure roller 11 and the ring-shaped workpiece 14 and contact points P2, P3 between a pair of the driving rollers 12a, 12b and the ring-shaped workpiece 14 is 15° to 40°. |
