PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modify a voice level of only a specific material voice included in a broadcasted program voice.SOLUTION: A broadcast casting device 3 broadcasts coded program voice data obtained by coding program voice data, and transmits coded material voice data obtained by coding material voice data under the same operation condition as the coding of the program voice data. A receiver 5 decodes the broadcasted coded program voice data and the coded material voice data received through communication. The receiver 5 adjusts the phase and then the voice level of the material voice data obtained by the decoding, to superpose with the program voice data obtained by the decoding, to generate voice data having the specific material voice eliminated from the program voice.
