PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base assembly and a recording disk driving device having the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a base assembly including: a base member having a disk accommodating part onto which a disk is insertedly disposed; and a filter member installed on the base member so as to be disposed adjacently to the disk, wherein the base member is formed by performing plastic processing on a steel sheet and includes a mounting part for fixedly installing the filter member thereon.
