A wireless communication apparatus (110) transmits route information to a communication control apparatus (120), said route information indicating a location and a predicted route of the wireless communication apparatus (110). On the basis of corresponding information of the location of the wireless communication apparatus (110), and frequencies that the wireless communication apparatus (110) can use, and on the basis of the route information transmitted from the wireless communication apparatus (110), the communication control apparatus (120) calculates, with respect to respective frequencies that the wireless communication apparatus (110) can use at the location of the wireless communication apparatus (110), predicted time periods until times when the wireless communication apparatus (110) becomes incapable of using the frequencies, then, on the basis of the predicted time periods thus calculated, the communication control apparatus selects a frequency from among the frequencies that the wireless communication apparatus (110) can use at the location of the wireless communication apparatus (110), and transmits frequency information to the wireless communication apparatus (110), said frequency information indicating the selected frequency. The wireless communication apparatus (110) performs wireless communication using the frequency indicated by the frequency information transmitted from the communication control apparatus (120). |
