Provided are a decision feedback equalizer and receiver. The decision feedback equalizer comprises: a receiving end, a superimposer, an adjustment unit, a first decision device and a second decision device. The receiving end is used for receiving a first differential signal and inputting same into the superimposer; the superimposer is used for superimposing the first differential signal and a square-wave signal output by the adjustment unit so as to obtain a second differential signal; and inputting the second differential signal into the first decision device and the second decision device; the adjustment unit is used for performing phase and/or amplitude adjustment on a second square-wave signal, and inputting the adjusted square-wave signal into the superimposer and the second decision device; the first decision device is used for comparing the voltage amplitude of the second differential signal with a set value, and outputting a first square-wave signal; and the second decision device is used for comparing the voltage amplitude of the second differential signal with that of the signal adjusted by the adjustment unit, and inputting the obtained second square-wave signal into the adjustment unit. The embodiments of the present invention reduce data edge jitter.
