摘要 The purpose of the present invention is, for a working machine that has a working head (24) equipped with (a) a hoisting unit (34) having a working device (28) and a first hoisting device (30) for hoisting the working device and (b) a second hoisting device (36) for hoisting the hoisting unit, to eliminate a positional deviation (∆x, ∆y) in a perpendicular direction to the hoisting direction of the working device. Since the positional deviation results from both an inclination of an axis (L1) along which the working device is hoisted by the first hoisting device and an inclination of an axis (L2) along which the hoisting unit is hoisted by the second hoisting device, a target moving position is corrected during the perpendicular movement of the working head by a head moving device on the basis of positional deviation data associated with both the hoisting position of the working device and the hoisting position of the hoisting unit. When such correction is made, the positional deviation is eliminated, and an accurate work can be performed.
