Among cooling medium tubes (16a) and cooling water tubes (43a) in this heat exchanger, adjacent tubes (16a, 43a) have an outer air passage (70a) provided therebetween, said outer air passage having outer air circulated therein, and the outer air passage (70a) is provided with an outer fin (50), which is bonded to the cooling medium tube (16a) and/or the cooling water tube (43a), and which promotes heat transfer among the fluids. Due to the fact that a cooling medium tube (16a) length in the outer air flowing direction and a cooling water tube (43a) length in the outer air flowing direction are different from each other, the outer fin (50) bonded to both the cooling medium tube (16a) and the cooling water tube (43a) has a bonding area to the cooling medium tube (16a) and a bonding area to the cooling water tube (43a) different from each other. Consequently, heat exchange quantities among the three kinds of fluids can be finely adjusted. |
