A display control device that displays a screen for supporting weight reduction of a user is provided with: a reception unit (230) to receive measurement data including a user's measured body size value and corresponding measurement time and date, and zone data showing the upper limit value and the lower limit value of a body size value in order to achieve the goal of the weight reduction; and a display unit to display an image on the screen. The display unit comprises a graph display unit (236) which displays a graph showing the chronological change of the measured body size values on the basis of the received measurement data, in association with a zone image showing the chronological change of the upper limit values and the lower limit values on the basis of the received zone data, on the same screen. The zone data is generated on the basis of the measured body size value at the start of the weight reduction, the target body size value, and a predetermined arithmetic expression.
