<p>The present invention provides a system and a method for testing single-fiber bidirectional optical module on the basis of an optical fiber circulator. The system for testing the single-fiber bidirectional optical module comprises an error detector, an optical source, a to-be-tested module, a computer, an attenuator, the optical fiber circulator, an optical divider, an oscilloscope, and an optical power meter, so as to form the test system for the module to transmit a parameter and receive the parameter. By using the test system and the test method, optical fibers do not need to be replaced in whole test of the module, a transmitting indicator of an optical module can be measured, and a receiving indicator of the optical module can also be measured, thereby effectively avoiding adverse factors (such as end surface pollution) brought in the measurement; in this manner, the stability is provided for a test result, and the test efficiency is improved.</p> |
