PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic coating composition for coating concrete, which secures elongation quantity, has high adhesive strength and can be thickly applied, and to provide an elastic coating for coating concrete.SOLUTION: The elastic coating composition for coating concrete contains the following components (A) to (D): (A) cement containing a calcium silicate mineral as a main component; (B) a clay mineral calcined at 1,000°C or lower; (C) a sulfate salt; and (D) a polymer emulsion having a glass-transition temperature of -15 to -60°C. |
