PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high thermal conductive grease having high thermal conductance, high consistency and good applicability, further excellent in thermal stability at high temperature.SOLUTION: High thermal conductive grease contains (A) an inorganic powder filler of 85 to 97 mass%, (B) a base oil of 2 to 15 mass%, (C) a specific polycarboxylic acid compound such as polyhydroxy stearic acid of 0.001 to 3 mass%, (D) a specific polyglycerine monoalkylether compound such as polyglycerine monooleyl ether of 0.001 to 3 mass%, (E) an unsaturated aliphatic acid of 0.001 to 3 mass%, and (F) an antioxidant of 0.001 to 3 mass%. |
