PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide groove cutting tool, method, and jig capable of cutting a groove on a fixing tool for even a person other than an expert when a dedicated tool for removing a fixing tool for anti-theft of a number plate of vehicle is lost.SOLUTION: The disk grinder body 1 is a groove cutting tool for cutting a head 110 of a fixing tool 100 for anti-theft, such as a machine screw for fixing a number plate 200 of vehicle. The disk grinder body 1 comprises: an electromotor; a motor rotated and driven by the electromotor; a cutting part 12 such as a grinder attached to the motor and for cutting a groove to the head 110 of the fixing tool 100 for removing the number plate 200; and a jig 2 for storing the cutting part 12. The jig 2 has a contact surface which contacts to the number plate 200 when a groove is cut to the head 110 of the fixing tool 100. |
