<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiver capable of performing an auto-select processing in a timing based on the intention of a user without requiring particularly large storage capacity.SOLUTION: A broadcast receiver includes: first auto-select execution means (S11) for searching a selectable broadcasting station and performing an auto-select processing for setting the selectable broadcasting station; first device condition information storage control means (S12-S14) for allowing a storage part to store device condition information that indicates the condition of the broadcast receiver when the auto-select processing is executed; device condition determination means (S15-S17) for determining whether the broadcast receiver is in a condition as represented in the device condition information stored in the storage part or not; and second auto-select execution means (S18) for performing the auto-select processing when the device condition determination means determined that broadcast receiver is in a condition as represented in the device condition information.</p> |
