<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of turns of a planar coil constituting a sensor stator, an area thereof outward in a radial direction without being subjected to limitation of a connecting line.SOLUTION: A sensor stator of an angle sensor constitutes an SIN signal detection coil 10, and is arranged in a circumferential direction, and includes a series of circular arc coils 10A to 10D connected in series via a connecting line 15 (15a to 15e). One end 10b of each of the circular arc coils 10A to 10D is connected to a positive electrode terminal 16 via the connecting line 15d, and the other end 10c is connected to a negative electrode terminal 17 via the connecting line 15e. The connecting lines 15a to 15e are arranged in a range running short of a circumference of the circular arc coils along an array of the circular arc coils 10A to 10D, and with one end 10a of the circular arc coils 10A to 10D used as a return point, the single connecting line 15e connected to the one end 10a thereof is arranged in a state of vertically overlapped with the other connecting lines 15a to 15d. The connecting lines 15a to 15e pass through a central part in a radial direction of the circular arc coils 10A to 10D, and are arranged in a state of being vertically overlapped with the circular arc coils 10A to 10D. A COS signal detection coil 20 is similarly configured.</p> |
