<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device and an imaging method capable of improving the accuracy of appearance inspection in the case of imaging an imaged object having a portion with high irregular reflectiveness and a portion with high regular reflectiveness on one surface.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: a stage 11 on which an imaged object 200 is placed; a camera 12 for imaging the imaged object 200 placed on the stage 11; and an illumination for irradiating the imaged object 200 placed on the stage 11 with illumination light. The imaged object 200 has a rough surface portion with high irregular reflectiveness and a smooth surface portion with high regular reflectiveness on one surface. The camera 12 is configured to image one surface having the rough surface portion and the smooth surface portion of the imaged object 200. The illumination includes at least one coaxial illumination 13 and at least one ring illumination 14. The coaxial illumination 13 is arranged on the imaging axial line of the camera 12.</p> |
