<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adsorbing and recovering radioactive materials that is capable of sufficiently recovering radioactive materials in rivers and seawater.SOLUTION: A device for adsorbing and recovering radioactive materials comprises: a tubular fabric 30 through which liquid to be treated passes from an inflow side to an outflow side and that is formed by being knitted with warp yarns 33 and weft yarns 34; and a ferrocyanide compound supported on at least a portion of the yarns. Radioactive cesium in liquid being in contact with the tubular fabric 30 is adsorbed onto the ferrocyanide compound on the warp yarns 33 and the weft yarns 34 for recovery. Also, an outflow end part 32 flows in accordance with the flow of liquid, thereby efficiently adsorbing radioactive cesium in liquid to recover it.</p> |
