[Solution] Provided is a display control device, comprising: a display control unit, which generates a control signal for controlling a display unit such that the boundary line between a content display region and a region adjacent to the content display region is displayed in a wave-like manner and fluctuates over time; and an output unit which outputs the control signal to the display unit.
