<p>The invention concerns equipment for transmitting mechanical power which can be used in various situations and is able to generate the power necessary for displacing elements or loads of different dimensions, such as for example: carriages with mineral ore loads, convoys, machinery, etc. The equipment consists of two main parts, a self-propelling driving carriage which moves, carries or pulls the load, and a rack rail by means of which the driving carriage advances, the high traction force being generated. The driving carriage is composed of driving means consisting of a conventional geared motor comprising a lateral rotor, means for the support and external adaptation to the load or chassis, torsional or transmission means or pinions, traction-transmission means which consist of a drive train, means for laterally stabilizing the carriage or side arms, means for protecting the equipment or carcass, and means for clearing the advance path.</p> |
