PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film sticking method capable of sticking a film to mucous membrane, skin and the like even if the film has a thickness on the order of nanometers.SOLUTION: A film sticking instrument 201 includes: a tube part 210; a head part 230 provided in one end of the tube part; a plurality of hole parts 235 provided so as to pass through the head part and communicating with a tube part inner space 211; and a gas supply mechanism (a piston 221, a compression spring 228 and others) for supplying a gas to the head part through the tube part inner space by operation of an operation part 250. By using the film sticking instrument, the film supported detachably by a carrier sheet is wound around the head part so as to cover the hole parts, the carrier sheet is removed from the film wound around the head part to allow the head part to support the film, and while the head part is directed to an object to which the film is to be stuck, the gas is supplied to the head part through the inner space of the tube part by using the gas supply mechanism. |
