PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily input contact history by a simple operation by eliminating an input based on a free text when the contact history is input by using a portable terminal at a salesperson's visiting place.SOLUTION: A contact history input device includes a user interface part 111 for displaying an input screen having a plurality of input sections set for each input content of contact history and a candidate word panel for displaying a list of candidate words 113 corresponding to a content to be input in the input section, and inserting a word selected from the candidate words displayed on the candidate word panel into the input section, a candidate word display part 112 for, when an input section is selected on the input screen by an operation of a salesperson via a touch panel, obtaining the list of prestored candidate words corresponding to the content to be input in the input section, and switching the content of the candidate word panel on the basis of the obtained list of candidate words, and a history storage part 114 for obtaining and recording contact history 115 on the basis of a character string formed by connecting the candidate words 113 inserted into each input section. |
